1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LedgerCraft ("Service"), operated by Xenco Labs Inc. ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LedgerCraft is a financial management platform that integrates with QuickBooks Online to provide automated bookkeeping, transaction reconciliation, and financial reporting services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize LedgerCraft to access your accounting data through Intuit's API. You may disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for changes to Intuit's API or service availability.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful business and personal financial management. You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to access

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Payment

Current pricing and payment terms will be displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LedgerCraft is not an accounting firm and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all financial data and reports.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenco Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
